The BioTime Plus+ clocking in system positively identifies each employee by scanning their unique fingerprint - completely eliminating employees clocking in and out for each other. This latest generation fingerprint technology is tried and tested and has been used at the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games and the 2010 Football World Cup in South Africa.
When employees clock in and out the clocking data is sent across your network to your PC, or can be collected on a USB memory stick. The BioTime Plus+ software then automatically calculates each employees working hours based on your working schedules or shifts. The user friendly software allows you to view everything on screen and edit data as required, before printing or exporting reports or exporting into a payroll package such as Sage Payroll.
The BioTime Plus+ clocking terminals can be located at remote sites and send there data back to you, allowing you to stay in control of your employees' time and attendance at all times.

How It Works
The BioTime Plus+ clocking systems features easy to use software this makes getting up and running quick and easy. Once the software has been installed you can create your company and shift options and then start adding your employees.
To add an employee to the BioTime Plus+ system, in the software you create a new employee record and fill in their details. You can then register the employees fingerprint, the BioTime terminal requires the employee to place their finger on the reader twice so a template can be recorded. The employee simply places their finger on the reader each time they clock in and out.
Once your employees start clocking in and out you can download the clocking data, at the touch of a button to the BioTime Plus+ software. You can view an employees timesheet containing clockings and hours, amendments can be made and finally report may be produced for reference or for payroll.
