The Basic time clocks accurately record the times worked by an employee over either weekly or monthly payroll periods.
This is done by printing the in, out and break clocking times for each day on to a clock card. At the end of each payroll period these cards can be used to manually calculate the hours worked by each employee.
These products also offer outputs to ring external sounders to signify start, stop and break times.
Fully automatic in and out clocking, to prevent over printing, and the facility to mark late clockings in red print.

A calculating time clock works in a very similar way to a basic time clock, however there is one distinct advantage, not only are the clocking times recorded on to the clock card but the clock automatically calculates the hours
worked between the clockings.
Simple rules can be used to round clockings and mark lateness removing the manual payroll calculations.
