The unique Totaltime Time Recording System clocks can be located virtually anywhere. They are battery powered and need no cabling back to the PC. Each employee uses a smartcard to clock in and out with at the Totaltime clock, where data is stored until transferred to the PC using the administrators transport card when convenient.
Once the data has been downloaded to the PC, missed clockings and other anomalies are automatically highlighted on-screen. This data can be edited and reports printed or exported to Excel. Information may be stored for as long as needed and the cards re-used if employees leave. The Totaltime Time Recording System greatly reduces the time and cost of monitoring employee working hours, by producing clear accurate information on employees clocking times and hours worked for any given period.

Software Features
Calculates all types of working hours removing manual calculations, saving time and money. Standard or Flexible working times for each day and week may be setup per employee.
Flexi-time can also be monitored, including monthly balances and carry-overs. Multi pay per period selection:- weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly and monthly. Handles up to 3 fixed or variable breaks per day. Automatic highlighting of days when employees forget to clock in or out and are absent.	Sample Screen Shots
