The unique Totaltime Time Recording System clocks can be located virtually anywhere.
They are battery powered and need
no cabling back to the PC.
Each employee uses a smartcard to clock in and out with at the Totaltime clock, where data is stored until transferred to the PC using the administrators transport card when convenient.

Once the data has been downloaded to the PC, missed clockings and other anomalies are automatically highlighted on-screen. This data can be edited and reports printed or exported to Excel. Information may be stored for as long as needed and the cards re-used if employees leave.
