TotalTime, Time Recording Systems, complete boxed package

The unique Totaltime Time Recording Systems clocks can be located virtually anywhere. They are battery powered and need no cabling back to the PC.

Each employee uses a smartcard to clock in and out with at the Totaltime clock, where data is stored until transferred to the PC using the administrators transport card when convenient.

Once the data has been downloaded to the PC, missed clockings and other anomalies are automatically highlighted on-screen. This data can be edited and reports printed or exported to Excel. Information may be stored for as long as needed and the cards re-used if employees leave.

The Totaltime Time Recording Systems greatly reduces the time and cost of monitoring employee working hours, by producing clear accurate information on employees clocking times and
hours worked for any given period.
