We now have a real-time head count across our 17 sites via the cloud software ensuring staffing levels are correct. Our staff wear gloves and masks and surprisingly, the face readers handle this easily! Employees are able to clock in at one site and then clock out at a different one proving very efficient too.

We’re using facial recognition terminals across four client contracts, covering 360 temporary employees. We have real-time visibility of who is on site, and our clients can have restricted access to see only the employees working on their own contracts.

That makes checking attendance and headcounts much easier. We also get accurate working hours which, once approved, can be exported into our payroll system. It saves a significant amount of management time and administration.
