1. Why were you looking for a time & attendance system?
We employ approximately 25 staff and in 2017 with changes within our company ahead of us, which were due to impact our payroll and reporting process, we decided we needed to move away from our manual system.
2. Why did you choose Clocking Systems?
We went out to tender on the project and looked at many companies nationally. This was during the business process changes and we were literally on the clock ourselves to select a supplier! We chose Clocking Systems for a number of reasons:-
- They were competitively priced – not the cheapest, but still within budget.
- During the sales process, they quickly understood exactly what our requirements were and spent a lot of time specifying the set up with us before installation.
- We looked at who else was using their systems of a similar size, including their feedback on Clocking Systems. This reassured us that they could deliver a scalable solution and look after us moving forward.
3. What benefits has the solution offered your business?
We knew we needed a modern, comprehensive time & attendance system, we felt it was going to be far more productive. The system we were supplied with not only solved our initial time and attendance requirements, but we are now using the other parts of the software that were included and are making very good use of the personnel record system and HR module.
4. What about the after sales service & support?
We have taken out their annual support plan and whenever we have needed this, their support team have been very quick to respond, log in and resolve any issues we have needed with the system. The also provided some refresher training and looked at new ways of managing the system so it does even more for us. This has ensured we continue to maximise the efficiency and value we get out of the system.
