The BioTime Fingerprint recognition clocking in machine positively identifies each employee by scanning their unique fingerprint profile, completely eliminating employees clocking in and out for each other. It shows you real-time" who's in", not on site yet, on leave & types of hours worked. Combined with powerful, yet user-friendly cloud-software and ready to work straight from the box with No monthly licence costs. 

You can enrol multiple fingers if required. The clocking in machine does not store fingerprints, it converts the fingerprint into a unique number, meaning that nothing sensitive is stored about the employee. Alternatively you can allocate employees, visitors, contractors a proximity card or key fob to clock in with or a PIN number.


The Clocking Systems cloud software is accessible anytime from anywhere and allows the analysis of clocking times, hours worked, lateness, breaks, infringements, overtime, holidays, sickness & other leave types, plus much more! You can access the software from as many PC's or devices as required and run reports based on company, branch, departments or custom employee groups. Data can also be exported to excel, CSV file, PDF or Payroll packages. 



You can have additional clocking in machines, located countrywide and connected to the same cloud-based time and attendance software via WiFi or TCP/IP network, allowing you to instantly view the clocking data, or if a network or WiFi connection is not an option, you can download using a USB memory stick.

Power-cuts and network failures are no problem as we include a built-in battery back-up to allow employees to keep clocking in during power outages. If the network is down, the clocking in machine will store up to 500,000 clockings until the connection is restored and data will automatically be sent through to the software.

FREE cloud software, is there a catch?

Absolutely not, we believe in adding value for our clients and keeping things straightforward. The feedback from our customers was that most people want the power, accessibility and convenience of cloud-based software, but not being "over a barrel" and forced to pay a subscription each month or year -often that increases at unreasonable rates!

We decided to include our Clocking Systems cloud-based time and attendance software free for life with our packages. If you decide to extend the software support after the first 12 months (which is included with all our packages). This is entirely optional, and you will always be able to use the software if you decide not to take out our software support. Software support for year 2 ranges in price from £175 - £275 + VAT depending on the size of package you buy.

How easy is this to set up?

We have designed the process to be extremely simple, you don’t need to be an I.T wizz! The clocking device will be sent to you pre-set-up and when you plug it in it will set to the correct time and date automatically. The clocking devices send data (push) to our Clocking Systems cloud server, which is already set. You simply mount the clocking device on the wall, plug a network cable into it or link it to your WiFi. Enrol your employees on the device and book a time slot for one of our helpdesk team to show you round the software and get you up and running easily and confidently. The software is really intuitive, but a little help day one really doesn’t hurt at all we find. This usually takes no more then 30 minutes.

I need multiple clocking devices at different sites, is this a problem?

This is no problem at all, you can have as many clocking devices as needed, all linked back to your Clocking Systems software. Each clocking device has its own I.D, so it will show which clocking device the employee used within the software. If you are using face recognition or fingerprint, you enrol employees on one device and the software will send the biometric data to the other devices so employees can clock in at any device.

Where is my data stored and what happens if my network or WiFi goes down?

The Clocking Systems cloud server is located in a secure data centre meaning it will never be lost and is backed up across multiple servers. If the clocking device cannot send its data to the cloud server, it will store the clocking data in its local memory (up to 500,000 clocking transactions) then once communication is restored, the data will be sent though automatically
