The BioTime Outdoor Biometric clocking in system positively identifies each employee by scanning their unique Facial profile or Fingerprint, completely eliminating employees clocking in and out for each other. It shows you real-time" who's in", not on site yet, on leave & types of hours worked. Powerful, yet user-friendly and ready to work straight from the box with No annual licence fee.

This latest generation of A.I biometric technology uses dual cameras and detects for a live face - it cannot be fooled by pictures, videos or rubber masks! The learning algorithm adjusts for glasses, beards, different haircuts, face masks and hats. Unlike many facial recognition systems, this reader is not affected by strong sunlight or differing lighting conditions and will even work in complete darkness. 

We have added a unique "tap-to-wake" feature which can be toggled on or off, that allows the device to sleep until an employee is actually ready to clock in or out...most facial recognition systems on the market will start clocking people in when they just walk near the device, leading to duplicate or clockings made in error!

BioTime Outdoor clocking in machines can be located at multiple sites and connected to the time and attendance software via WiFi or TCP/IP network, allowing you to instantly view the clocking data, or if a network or WiFi connection is not an option, you can download using a USB memory stick. The software is installed on your PC's or network and allows the analysis of clocking times, hours worked, lateness, breaks, infringements, overtime, holidays, sickness & other leave types, plus much more! How It Works

The BioTime Multi-Biometric clocking system features a clocking in machine with simple menus and comprehensive software. Once the clocking machine has been installed and connected to your network, you can install and quickly configure your software. Although this is easy to do, we are now offering FREE remote installation & training, so you get the most out of your system.

In the BioTime time and attendance software, you can set up your company rules, departments, shift times, overtime rules, and leave entitlement... Then it’s time to start adding your employees. This is quick and easy to do—simply create a new employee record with our easy-to-use wizard, enter the employee's details, assign them to a shift, and finally enrol their fingers at the clocking in machine. That’s it! You are now ready to start clocking. If you can provide us with a list of employees and payroll numbers, we can import these for you.

When the employee clocks in, they simply put one of their fingers on the clocking in machine, The display confirms the employee has clocked successfully along with an audible tone and their name. This data is sent in real-time to the software giving you a heads-up display of who is on-site, what time & where they have clocked in. In addition, which employees are yet to clock in, what time they are expected or if they are on leave. You can then view and edit employees' clockings, hours and overtime, book employee leave, print reports, export data and even link into your payroll package such as Sage Payroll.
